For a business to be successful, each team in that business needs to be able to work together in a way that allows for,  and utilizes the full potential of each team member in that team. 

It all starts will a strong foundation of trust and healthy conflict, team members can then be committed to team goals and necessary outcomes. They hold each other accountable and can bring all of themselves to work everyday. This kind of team culture takes deliberate and intentional intervention. If left unchecked the opposite of "team" exists, with team members working towards their own personal growth and success, but in conflict of the team and organization's success.
